The online form accessible from this page is for NEW membership applications only, NOT RENEWALS!!!

Our subscription is £14 per annum and our year runs from 1st April to the end of March. If joining from October £7 is charged for the half year. If joining in March please pay £14 which includes one free month plus the following year’s subscription.

POINTS TO NOTE

•   If you complete the online form - once the application has been reviewed by the Membership Secretary (normally within 72 hours), you will receive an email from the system advising you how to pay and how much to pay.  Please check your inbox for this email before contacting the membership secretary asking how to pay.

•   Emails from Thorpe Bay U3A are sent from newmemsec@gmail.com and/or itadministrator@thorpebayu3a.org and may arrive in your "Spam" folder and, to avoid this happening, please add both email addresses to your list of contacts.

 Gift Aid

As a registered UK charity we can claim from HMRC approximately 25p for every £1 donated, including membership fees, by members who are UK taxpayers. Once you have agreed to this, we are able to keep your agreement on file and use it in respect of any future (e.g. renewal) subscriptions or donations you might make.

If you are a UK taxpayer and would like, at no cost to yourself, to increase your contribution to Thorpe Bay U3A, please indicate "Yes" in the Gift Aid box in the 'Apply to Join Thorpe Bay U3A' form. IMPORTANT NOTE: If “Yes” is selected in the Application Form on the next page, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Thorpe Bay U3A Gift Aid Declaration.
